  The Taste Club: Loire Valley

There’s more to Australian wine than just the fun and eclectic bottles with animals on the label. Come join the Taste Club tonight as we taste and tour the wines from down under. A luscious Sauvignon Blanc with Asian Sticky Chicken Skewers will start us off, followed by a peach-scented Riesling with Spicy Salmon Baby Cakes and Pickled Ginger Aioli. Next is a perfect pair of Pinot Noirs accompanied by Camembert Salad with Raspberry Balsamic Syrup. Enjoy a trio of big reds with a scrumptious cheese plate and end with an Australian fizzy alongside a slice of Caramelized Pineapple with Coconut Sorbet. Cooks Warehouse, Brookhaven

The Taste Club: Weeknight Favorites

Who says wine has to cost a lot of money to taste good? Tonight we’ll take the time to explore the world of wines under $20 and choose our favorites. We’ll start with a appetizer of Orange Shrimp on Polenta with a trio of whites, move on to a quartet of reds for a compare and contrast tasting while we enjoy Portabella Mushroom Burgers with Red Wine Onions, Everyday Fries and Italian Basil Couscous Salad and end with a couple of terrific options to go with an unctuous Banana and Maple Bread Pudding.

Wintertime Cooking With Wine – Partial Hands On
Come into the kitchen as we celebrate food, wine and cooking. We'll cook with the wine, and then learn all about it as we enjoy our finished dishes. We'll start by making personal Cheese Fondues with a crisp, clean Chardonnay. A delicious Spanish Cava follows, served with a Sparkling Wine Vinaigrette Salad. For our main course we'll head to the Mediterranean to whip up a Garlic Chicken with Mushrooms and a Vegetable Couscous accompanied by an Italian Sangiovese and top off our afternoon with a delicious Chocolate Walnut Cake accompanied by a deep rich port.

The Taste Club: Central California Coast
Delicious wine comes from all parts of California – not just Napa and Sonoma! From the Santa Clara Valley in the north to the Santa Ynez Valley in the South, you’ll find some of the most exciting and dynamic wines right here in Central California. We’ll taste them as we begin with a Potato Parsnip Cake with Crème Fraiche and Caviar and a sampling of Chardonnays, shift to an array of excellent reds paired with a California Chicken Saltimbocca and Herb Rubbed Veggies and end by exploring the incredible sparklers from the central coast with a slice of Chocolate Chile Pecan Cake topped with Chocolate Chile Frosting.
